Adult Therapy
A space to better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and build greater clarity and connection.
Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what you’re experiencing.
Support for where you are
At different points in life, things can begin to feel overwhelming, unclear, or difficult to navigate. You may find yourself feeling stuck in patterns, experiencing heightened stress or anxiety, or struggling in relationships.
Therapy provides a space to step back, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move forward with greater awareness and intention.
Common reasons individuals seek therapy:
Anxiety, stress, or feeling overwhelmed
Difficulty managing emotions
Relationship challenges
Life transitions or major changes
Feeling stuck or unsure how to move forward
Patterns that feel hard to break
Parenting stress or burnout
Desire for greater self-understanding
A thoughtful, relational approach
My approach to working with adults is grounded in the same principles that guide my work with children and families: understanding emotions, building awareness, and strengthening connection.
Together, we explore patterns, experiences, and responses that may be influencing how you feel and relate to others. This includes developing a greater awareness of how your nervous system responds to stress and learning ways to navigate those responses more effectively.
Therapy is a collaborative process. My role is to support you in making sense of your experiences while helping you build practical tools that feel relevant and sustainable in your daily life.
What to expect
Sessions are conversational, reflective, and tailored to your individual needs. Together, we may:
Explore current challenges and stressors
Identify patterns in thoughts, emotions, and relationships
Develop strategies for managing stress and emotions
Build awareness of how past experiences may be shaping present responses
Work toward greater clarity, confidence, and connection
A space for reflection and growth
Taking the step to begin therapy is often the hardest part. My goal is to provide a thoughtful and supportive space where you can better understand yourself and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
